Crosby's came out and installed our gutters and downspouts. They were extremely professional, and talked us through every aspect of installation. They worked through a little bit of rain, and left no mess at all. Our gutters look fantastic! Highly recommend!

Overall we had a great experience with them. They came out to inspect our roof and recommended we file a claim with our insurance company for storm damage based on the conditions they saw. They were knowledgeable about the whole process, helped me file the claim and met the inspector when he came over. Once it was approved, the quickly got us on their schedule and had the whole roof done in a day. Overall I was really happy with their work, their knowledge of the process, and their willingness to answer questions

I was selling my house and needed to get a new roof put on before closing - which was less than a week away when I called Crosby. I spoke to Richard and he said he'd be able to get it done the next day, even though they were 4-5 weeks out! Sure enough, they showed up at 7am the next day and had the new roof put on that same day. I couldn't have been more pleased. They also did an amazing job with clean-up. I didn't find any damage or any nails around the house. If you are in the market for a new roof, I HIGHLY recommend Crosby. Oh yeah, they were also the most reasonably priced of the 4 or 5 companies that gave me an estimate. All around OUTSTANDING. At the very least, allow Crosby to come out and give you an estimate - you'll be glad you did!

They made a small repair. So far so good! However, it took 2 weeks to get them to come out to the house for the 30 minute patch.

Duncan was our project manager, that guy busted his tail all day to make sure we were happy. I live in an old house and there had been significant previous leaks which had caused some areas of rotted wood. I knew specifically what needed to be replaced and the crew (and it was a big crew) listened to me every time and did what I asked, no questions. They completed the job in one day and left the place clean. It hasn't been through a rainstorm yet, but as long as it stays dry I will be one satisfied customer.
