Had whole roof repaired on house and detached garage during spring 2018. Great service, communication, quality installation, strong follow up. Documented quote explained and acknowledged and explained why might be higher than other quotes. Provided options in terms of warranty. Came on time when they said they would. Cleaned up. Schantz Home Improvement did the siding on my home during the summer of 2018. They did an excellent job!! Greg and Liz were very professional. Greg came out to my home to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable on the subject of home sidings. I felt very comfortable with him. He did not try oversell anything to me. He walked around my home and told me exactly what I needed for my home, which is an older home that was built in the late 80s. At first I wanted Hardie Plank on my home but after inspecting my home, Greg informed me that my home may not be best candidate for that type of siding. I really appreciated his honesty. He could have just sold me the Hardie Plank ( which is more expensive than the premium vinyl siding and made more more) but no, he was an honest man and told me exactly what my home needed. I went with the premium vinyl siding and it looks absolutely beautiful!! Throughout the process, Liz stayed in contact with me to make sure everything was going well. Liz was very attentive to my needs and was there to answer any questions that I had. The company is very responsive!! As I stated before, the siding is beautiful and I have gotten so many compliments from my neighbors. I have actually referred Schantz Home Improvement to a few of my neighbors. The siding has been on my home for almost a year now and last month another neighbor stopped by to tell me how nice it looks and this is after a year!! I referred her to the company as well. I am so glad that I decided to go with Schantz Home Improvement. Although they weren’t the cheapest of the three estimates that I received (from other companies), I felt the most comfortable with Schantz Home Improvement. I felt that Greg was not going to take any shortcuts and that he would make sure the job would be done right. Hands down... I would recommend this company if you are looking to have siding installed on your home. I look forward to working with company to have new windows installed in my home as well.

Schantz provided honest pricing and good service to me during the quoting process. They worked on repairing the inside of my deck, replacing all of my gutters, and capping old warn-down windows. Their quality of craftsmanship on the above items is very good. Schantz left my property looking awesome. I would recommend them for other services similar to what they have provided to me.
