About 1 year ago I had them replace a boot and seal around a vent pipe. Fast forward to now, the decking around the boot is rotten and moldy and the mold has spread down the inside wall below and also the ceiling. That’s why you call professionals in the 1st place I thought. Now I am looking at extensive repairs and more expenses. If they are still in business, Beware, Run Away!

This company was used by our HSA to repair a water leak over a bay window. Ron sub contracted someone to replace the metal roof over the window. Several months later it leaked again and damaged the ceiling again after it had been painted and re finished. I have called Ron several times and have never received a reply. Another reason not to use HSAs...no control over who does the work.

If you're considering Crist Roofing to do your roof, make sure you put a clause on your contract that if they are in default to any of the suppliers, you will not be held responsible so you don't find yourself in the same situation we are. OR pay the supplier directly. OR have joint checks issued to suppliers and Crist Roofing through your bank. DO NOT PAY CRIST IN FULL until you know all suppliers, vendors and workers have been paid or you will have a lien filed on your property. PROTECT YOURSELF!

Crist Roofing and Construction replaced our roof and repaired our master bathroom after a storm caused wind & hail damage to our home. The project manager Scott Griffin was with us from the 1st day to help us. Everything Scott said about his company was true and more. Scott met with the insurance adjuster at our home and helped to make the whole process run smoothly. The roofing crew was very professional. They covered our yard in tarps before tearing off our old roof protecting our landscaping and deck and at the end of the day they cleaned the work site. The roofing crew arrived early and stayed late insuring our home was completed in 2 days! The painting and construction crew were just as efficient as well. They did an amazing job repairing the entire water damaged ceiling as well as transforming our old wallpapered walls into a beautifully painted bathroom! We will be calling Crist Roofing and Construction again soon for other work we need around our home!

When Crist came out to inspect the leak in my bedroom, they inspected the entire roof for other possible leaks. They found other possible leak spaces and suggested we get out roof sealed to prevent potential leaks. Well, less than a year later, we still have a leak in the same place. We scheduled an appt for them to come out 2 weeks ago but we haven't seen them. We've called many times and have gone to their office. The doors were locked and no one was there..... they're probably out of business for the shorty work they've been doing.
