Working with O’Brien Construction was a real pleasure! We wish we could have worked with him when we had to put a roof on our first house. Competent, informative and honorable to work with. He did not try to hard sell us. Our insurance was inclined to deny our claim because it looked like some of the damage was intentional from previous owner, but Mr. O’Brien persevered, and our claim was approved, largely due to his reputation and knowledge about roof damage. Our roof went on as scheduled. Putting on a new roof is a messy job and we were very pleased with the measures that were taken to contain the debris as much as possible and with clean-up afterwards. An inspection team even came back to review the roof since it was finished just after dark and they wanted to inspect it during daylight hours. I would highly recommend O’Brien Construction to anyone needing a roof. It was a pleasure to do business with someone who clearly operated with high values.
