Andan did a wonderful job cleaning our windows. They were prompt, professional and thorough. We live in an old house in Forest Park with a lot of divided pane windows which makes for hard work. They were even able to clean a skylight that we haven't been able to reach in years, and they let us know they would come back to fix any problems we might subsequently find. We thought they were affordable too. I highly recommend this company!

Andy’s crew does an excellent job of pressure washing driveway, cleaning windows and light fixtures; light fixtures are about 10 feet high and out of our reach. Windows are streak-free and the driveway and walkway look new. They were able to squeeze us into their very tight schedule at the last minute. They arrived at promised time and are very friendly and professional. We have used Andan since arriving in Birmingham and will continue to use their services for years to come. Highly recommend!

I had a roof leak. They came and replaced a few shingles. Unfortunately, it didn't stop the leak, so I called them again. They came out again and inspected/sealed the entire front section of the roof. It hasn't leaked since. They did not charge me for the second visit. Will use them again because they will come back to fix it right.
