I had this company do a complete tear off and replacement of my roof. They were quick, done in one day, extremely tidy, and very professional. I was very pleased with the options given during the inspection and the individual care given specific to my house structure. I received several bids, and while this wasn't the cheapest one, it had by far the best customer service, timing, warranty, and overall responsiveness. Obviously, I would posit that a roof isn't the item to just go with the lowest priced company and HSI was still in the same general range of others.

I was given a timeframe of 4-6 weeks before they could come out and install and the job was completed in 3 weeks! The installers were quick, neat, and they were done in 1 day, the product is awesome!!!

We have been needing our gutters replaced for a year or so. I saw an ad for the LeafGuard gutters and inquired about an estimate. Within a few days we had an estimate and finally decided to go with their product. They came out as planned and installed the gutters in less than a day. All the work was done professionally and they look great. It has not rained since the install so I can't speak to their efficiency but based on all I have read I am sure they will perform as described. No more gutter screens and climbing a ladder to clean them out each year. That in itself is great. I am sure they will last me a lifetime.
