I've been calling and the phone always sounds busy.

Called about 2 weeks ago. He called back to show his interest in the project, but has not yet set up an appointment. Will give him another shot.

Called 3 weeks ago, returned my call in a timely manner. Agreed on a 10am appointment to look at my roof and that was the last I heard from him.
