Beware. We had an inspection and they recommended replacing the entire roof for $30,000. Three inconsistencies. They quoted that the owner inspected. he didn't, he sent a very young inspector. They spec'd it as a 1 ply roof - its not, its a 3 ply. He pointed out ridge lines as leaking areas. They are not, they are conduits. This company should have their license revoked!

I've used this company twice now, the first time a couple of years ago to repair a roof leak caused by faulty work by a different roofing contractor and then just recently to have my roof re-coated. Both times I've been very impressed by all the people on their team, their office staff and their crew. Very responsive, courteous and professional. Their prices are very competitive and they go above and beyond to make sure things are done right. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Outstanding!!! I called several roofers to repair a leak in my flat roof. While two other companies took weeks to even call me back, MAV not only called me back the same day, but also had a crew in my area and they showed up 2 hours later. They inspected the roof with me and showed me where the leak could be and pointed out a few blisters that required repair. The contract was fast and completed online. The repair was scheduled within 2 days of signing the contract. The crew showed up on time, showed me photos of the leak's source, made expert repairs and showed me photos of the finished job. Then I received an Invoice marked paid within 3 hours of their departure. This roofing company conducts business in a professional and exceptional manner. Every employee I came in contact with, workers and admin staff, were friendly, professional and helpful. MAV will be my roofer going forward.
