I was told that Alan Bradley’s costs were in the middle of the other competition, turns out that this companies quote was on the Very High side. Too rich for my blood.

September 12, 2017 After 23 years, we recently had our roof completely refurbished by Alan Bradley Roofing. Alan was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and took the time to answer our questions. The old roof was removed, the damaged plywood replaced and new fiber glass roofing was re-applied. The work was done in a timely manner, the workers were punctual and the job site was kept clean daily. A painter that later bid on the exterior painting of our house commented that the roof was a “first class job” and should last many years. We highly recommend Alan Bradley Roofing, a company that deserves this recommendation!!!

Alan Bradley Roofing just installed (2/16/2017) a new roof on my home and did what appears to be an excellent job. They were super knowledgeable, super quick, and the end result looked fantastic. They have a large team of roofers which is why the job was done so quickly, which meant a lot to me because of rain being forecast two days after the completion date. Zach, their estimator, is very friendly, highly experienced, very intelligent, and has great customer service skills. He answered every question I had, and then some. Most of my roof is pitched, but does have a flatter, sloped part located over our large porch. Shingles were installed on the pitched roof, and bitumen mineralized roll roofing was installed over the porch roof. I had been experiencing leaks from a nearly new portion of the porch roofing that I had installed in May, 2016 when a carpenter extended our 20 foot long porch another 20 feet. That installer was a carpenter by trade, but said he could also install a roof over the porch that he extended. As it turned out, he made several mistakes, which Alan Bradley Roofing noticed when they were peeling off my old roof, along with the roof that the carpenter had installed incorrectly. They assured me that all of those mistakes were now corrected, and that no further leaks would occur. I trust that they did extremely high quality work, and will post updates to this review following the next rainstorm. Alan Bradley Roofing, Zach the estimator and Richard, their foreman, have really impressed me with the high quality work, employees, materials, and warranty. I give them 5-stars! Update: 2/23/2017 It has rained since I first posted this review, and my new roof has not leaked at all.

Alan Bradley Roofing put a new roof on our house sometime back, and we have had trouble with it ever since.
