We have been a customer of Community Builders in Waterloo for over 20 years. We had new windows put in about 15 years ago. We just recently had our house newly sided and a new roof put on with all new gutters too. Our neighbors liked the work they had done so well, they had their house resided as well! We have had great customer service over the years and many compliments on how nice our house looks! Thanks Community Builders for your continued commitment to excellence!

Zero stars and would not recommend to anyone for anything. They had to come back multiple times to still not complete an acceptable looking job. They did not do the job the way it was written up and contracted for and then after they covered it up they were not willing to redo it correctly. Did not get truthfulness or quality work at any point. Went to speak to the owner and he treated me the same way with no concern for customer satisfaction. They thought they did a good job and that is all they cared about. More than disappointed and would never even consider for any type of work.

Great customer service could not ask for better installation all done with my roof in 1 day.

Great family owned and operated business.

Very unhappy with my siding and windows. They obviously don't know how to cut a straight line, pound in a nail, or run a line of caulk.
