America Roofing

Please run from this roofing company. We bought a new home (Richmond American) and we've had nothing but problems with their workmanship. They've come out and re-do the roof flashing twice and it still looks bad. We had to get things like vents fixed that fell off the roof. One of their techs came out and stated "no one ever secured the vent to the roof" and I was like your company has the contract with Richmond...lol. This is a brand new roof? Wow...utterly shocked and disappointed at the same time. Oh they left tons of debris in our driveway after fixing the flashing, had to pick nails and wires so our cars were not damaged. Now we have multiple cracked tiles on roof on a $350K home lol. The management needs to got out and check their work....where's the leadership and quality?

It took one year to have our roof finished. Roofing debris, lunch wrappers and orange peels were left all around the house. Lesser quality materials were used than we had contracted for. The non finished plywood used on the ceiling took several cans of kill and coats of paint to cover. Very slopy work.

I recently discovered my neighbor had his entire roof replaced due to hail damage in 2015. My painter noticed some shingle wear on my roof and recommended I get a roofing bid. I had four bids and found my homeowners had changed my deductible very high without my knowledge. It was American Roofers that were very honest and told me I had another 5 to 10 years to go on my roof. They recommended some maintenance and when some problems arose, they made it work with a very caring attitude. Jason and Shawn represent the kind of customer service we all wish we would get when entering any business. I will return to them in the future.

I was referred to America Roofing from DR Horton. Upon initial conversations with Jason, was able to have an associate come out to my house without any problems to do an assessment of my roof. After a further inspection discovered there was some broken tiles and was able to remedy repairs. These guys were professional and very accommodating. More importantly provided outstanding customer service; something seemingly most companies don’t practice any longer. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs! Paul

America Roofing is now MY roofer. They do excellent work, are always on time, clean up very well after the job is done and the workers are extremely friendly and helpful. Trustworthy. Estimates right on the dot. And prices reasonable.
