Canyon State's level of customer service and attention to detail is truly top notch. Robyn in the office was friendly, personable, and quick to respond to any needs or questions. Joe was patient with my questions, provided thorough descriptions of the remediation my roof might need, provided samples to help me choose the right shingle, and worked with me to find the right solution for my budget and long-term home ownership goals. On the day of my roof installation, Canyon State's friendly crew covered my entire yard and plants with heavy duty tarps to prevent damage and, after the job was completed, the team carefully removed the tarps, swept the driveway, went over the yard with a magnet for loose nails, and disposed of all leftover debris, leaving my yard safe and tidy. Throughout the installation, I was kept apprised of the schedule and any issues. My new roof is beautiful and will protect my home for years to come. More importantly, I have every confidence that should there be an issue, Canyon State will make it right. I give them my highest recommendation - impeccable!!!

We got our roof underlay replaced last year (2018). We had a few issues with leaking in a couple spots and they had to come back several times for repairs. They were stubborn leaks, but in the end it got resolved. Overall, I would use them again and would recommend them to friends.

Last year we purchased a home that was 17 years old. We expected that we might need to replace the roof so we made a call to Canyon State Roofing to get an estimate. Today we met Jim McLain, who spent time telling us how his company goes about replacing the roof, the types of materials they use, and the warranty on the roof. After that he went upon the roof to inspect what needed to be done. To our surprise he told us our roof was good for probably another 5 years. He showed us photos of the roof and explained that the underlay was in good shape. WOW! We just met the most honest roofer ever. He definitely made our day. I know when it is time for a new roof I will definitely call Jim McLain.

Canyon State is a Roofing Company that I would recommend to anybody who wants a real professional team doing their home. I had my whole house done including my patio. The Company is licensed, bonded and insured, so their are no worries there. Everything was done in a timely manner and clean up was superb. The company explained exactly what was going to be done. They even gave me a little one on one about roofing and the difference between materials roofers use to do the job and I felt they had the best materials and the best quote I got out of 5 others. I am a very happy homeowner.

over all our experience was very good. the bid was very detailed and we knew the price for additional lumber, plywood, etc., as needed. This was the main reason we gave Canyon State the job. The crew was friendly and if I had any questions they answered or got the answer for me. The only glich was the deck coating color and that got resolved quickly.
