I've used Glendale Roofing numerous times over the past 10+ years and they have always been honest and never let me down. Their pricing is fair and their work is exceptional... from a repair they did 13 years ago to a full roof replacement they did this year. They are a small company with limited roofing staff so if it is not an emergency repair, expect a wait until they can get to you. But they will, and they are worth the wait!
Glendale Roofing did an awesome job on our roof! We worked the new roof in as part of a purchase agreement on our house. I was worried as the money was set aside to pay them, so what could I really do if they did not do a good job? Thankfully they did an incredible job. They gave us a great selection of colors and we are really happy with their service.
We wished to have a flat roof for our new home. This company did a splendid job at giving us the perfect roofing system for our home. They are knowledgeable roofers and designed our flat roof specially as per our demands. All the installations are done perfectly and our home looks very appealing.
Glendale roofing replaced the entire roof on our home in 2011 after the big hail storm that hit everyone in the valley. Fast forward to 2018 and our roof has a leak allowing water to come into the house and shingles have blown off from being poorly installed. We called Glendale Roofing to have them come out and see what was going on; it took 2 weeks for them to come out and give us a verbal estimate. They said it would be approximately $450 to repair and they would send us a written estimate. No problem. That was on August 8th. It is now August 18th and we have yet to hear from anyone at the company or see a written estimate come through. Needless to say, we contacted another roofer on Thursday 8/16 (Young Builders Roofing) and they have us scheduled for repair next week. Glendale Roofing should take better care of their past customers, especially real estate agents who have the option to refer business their way or suggest homeowners not use them for poor communication, quality and service.
Called roofing company for an estimate on roofing repair and or replacement. Was denied an appointment immediately once they found out our home was a manufactured/ mobile home... it looks just like a standard home with shingles and 1300 sq ft... Called multiple roofing companies there after and had no problem with scheduling an estimate for our property. I get how companies have the right to deny service for any reason, even if they think they might make less money since there are less slopes however, I felt how the phone conversation was handled was very discriminatory... Just posting this for others as this may be an indication of what they might have to deal with.
