We recently purchased an older home that needed a lot of remodeling, repair and updating. We have had to deal with numerous repairmen and contractors. The vast majority of these were good to a little above average. However, Paradigm Roofing was far and above the best! The entire job went smoothly from beginning to end. Our experience started with their awesome sales representative, Will. He carefully explained all our choices, pricing, and installation procedure. He stayed in constant contact throughout the process. Once installation began, the crew was courteous and professional. They took great care to keep our landscaping intact and cleaned the parameter at the end of each day. The project supervisor, Jenna, made numerous visits throughout the project, inspecting and directing the crew and their work. All in all, we could not be happier with the finished project. Thanks to Paradigm and especially to Will for all the help and guidance.

I am in the process of selling my house and there was confusion on the need to replace the roof shingles. I called Paradigm to give me an estimate for replacing the roof. Mr. Doolittle came over and told me that the roof is in great shape and it does not need replacement for several years to come. I am writing this review to appreciate their honest business practices and excellent roofing knowledge. If I ever need my roof replaced in the future, I am certainly going with them!

Paradigm Roofing is a quality company with a quality product and quality workers. I think that I already put in a review when the main roof was done. This review is for Derrick who roofed the patio which is a flat deck install so it takes special install. I literally couldn't give Derrick a higher rating. The stars only go to 5 or I would give him more stars. The thing about it is you wouldn't have to give Derrick any kind of feed back as he doesn't need anyone to praise him. Quality work is just who he is! Along with the quality product that he put down it is I am a very happy customer.

AMAZING AWESOME "A"Team came did the very best work. Francisco and Jenna and Roy were the Managers on the job throughout the two days to make a BEAUTIFUL Custom Roof, with upgraded features for weather guard and in the valley's as well as added 3 attic fans (our attic is now cooler than our garage), I HIGHLY recommend Paradigm, from beginning all the office works and correspondence and followthrough with Kailey, and the owner Josh who educated us and explained everything clearly, helped us pick out the right shingles and color for our project. Keeping in mind consideration of price, THANK YOU JOSH and Kailey, we LOVE our roof and our neighbors rave about it THIS is a huge compliment.

My husband and I just replaced a very old roof on the house we just bought using this company and we are very satisfied with all aspects of the project.
