I rent with these people and they are very good to me. They have wonderful looking places and the work that they do is top-notch. I definitely would recommend them.

I thought you were stand up guys and was doing the right thing to even consider have you come out and finish the repairs to my home. At no time were your employees asked to leave. I was charged 770.00 dollars for three boards and one hour labor. Two hours standing around. I have know idea what servpro told you people. It was a bid job and not completed. I paid Servpro with a down payment for repairs. The only time I ever talked to you I was hung up on mid-sentence. Would give negative stars if I could.

This business also serves as an apartment property management company. I moved in a new apt as the 1st occupant. The inside finishing construction was done so poorly. I could have done it better myself. Well that's actually downgrading my skills. Within 4 months the kitchen faucet had to be replaced. Upon move in the master bath shower head didn't work due to pure stupidity. Plumber's putty instead of Teflon tape was used on the threads blocking the water from entering the shower head. The weather strip had not been put on one side of my door & it took 5 months for it to be done. The front door frame was cracked so the deadbolt couldn't be locked. Paint around the windows was cracked. The outlet covers had gaps between the cover & plaster. I could continue... But I think you have the idea. The late fees are outrageous. Good thing I pay my rent on time. The thing that makes it a 2 star instead of 1 star is central air. Don't trust the owner's. You're paying $800 for what should be the nicest apts in Jerome. What a joke.

Pristine remodeled our kitchen and did a fantastic job! Not only was their work amazing but their professionalism was amazing. I knew they were busy but not once did they ever let it show. They made it feel like my project was top priority and I was the only job they had. All of the guys that worked on our kitchen from the owners all the way down the line, were extremely nice. We bought our home two years ago and have never really felt like it was ours. It just didn’t fit our style, because of Pristine the heart of our home is exactly what we’ve always wanted! They helped us make it our own. Everything I was visualizing that I told them I wanted they came through on. I would highly recommend this company they truly are amazing in all aspects of the business!
