Called needing a repair for the roof of the house I purchased in August 2018. Chose to call because of the 5 star rating. The guy on the phone said “I wouldn’t want to deal with that” once I explained that a piece of trim had simply come loose and needed to be replaced. Guess my job is too small for them.
