I have contracted with them to replace 5 roofs in my complex over the past 2 years. Their spec for roofing is the benchmark all other roofing contracts should be compared to, i.e. 6 feet of Ice & Water shield, GAF shingles and a 10 year labor warranty. I had an issue with one of the buildings that was recently completed and Tom stepped up and rectified the situation. Highly recommended!

M&T Exteriors is a first rate roofing contractor. Not only was the project completed ahead of schedule and right on budget but the installing crews were professional courteous. M&T Exteriors follows all safety protocols required of roofing contractors and in many cases exceeds those requirements. Tommy and MaryLynn were always available for questions and a pleasure to talk with. The landlords requirements for bidding and operating the project are very ridged and complex, Tommy was always willing to modify and conform to those requirements.
