I had pretty severe wind damage to my house after a wind storm. I called universal, and despite being overwhelmed with similar calls they made the time to come out and tarp my roof so that no further damage would occur. They handled all interactions with my insurance company as well, so that I didn't have to leave work to meet with them. I was given a list of houses close to me, so that I could choose a color, and when I was unsure, they came back and put samples on my roof. When they did replace my roof, it was done before I got home from work. There was no sign anywhere that they had even been out, except that my roof was new.
