Will not keep warranty. Will not answer phone calls or emails. Work that left my house flooded. Beware of this company. Update: After a year of trying to contact Mark I finally filed a claim against him. He then finally came out to my house. He then made more promises to send out a crew to fix the roof. This did not happen. I have had other contractors and roofers look at my roof and they all agreed that the leak was coming from the unsealed roof that he put on. This roof cost $20,000. It leaked and flooded my basement after one month. He would not answer my calls to fix the roof. At first I thought it was a different problem since it would be crazy that after only one month at $20,000 roof would leak. After talking to other roofers and foundation experts they all agreed it was the roof. A year later when he finally came out he wanted to blaime the gutters and foundation. I’ve already had other professionals look at it and they said it was from the lack of seal on the roof he put on. He never fixed it. I apparently have 3 years left of my warranty but he will not fix the roof. So I had to find another roofer to fix it and they are finishing the job he started. In total I lost $1500 in flooding damage (not including the carpet and dry wall that will need to be replaced after a years worth of damage. Loss of stolen roofing supplies that he stole out of my garage a year later if they were his supplies he stored them in my garage for over a year. He would owe me cost of storage. Over $1000 for the other roofer to fix his mistakes. He told me I had 5 year warranty but then never gave me the paperwork so when I went to the attorney general they wouldn’t do anything to help me out even with the evidence of the roof. At this point I expect that Mark will not make any amends at this point. He gave me a nice story on how he was a Christatin when I hired him... I found this to not be true. I have a flat roof and he shouldn’t have taken the job if he didn’t know how to fix it. This review will stay up until he fixes his mistake and makes amends. I wish I could afford to hire a lawyer but at this point he knows I can’t. Please do your research when you hire a roofer. I paid the price and I hope you will have to go through the trauma that I went through.
