Very happy customer. We just had our roof replaced by 435 Roofing after having multiple bids on our roof. Lloyd came out and put together a very professional estimate (the most organized and in-depth of all of the estimates) and explained the process in detail. The price was on the lower end of our bids, but not the lowest. Due to the level of enthusiasm and detail in Lloyd's estimate, we decided to go with 435, and boy, we could not be more impressed. Signed the agreement Tuesday night and Lloyd and the crew were at my house at 7:15 the next morning to roof my home. The roof looks great, the crews were professional, and the clean-up was fantastic. Could not be more impressed with this company and would encourage all those looking for a roof to use or, at the very least, get an estimate from this company. Won't need a roof for years, but when I do, I will be using 435. Thanks guys!

My wife and I spotted a few spots on the ceiling after one of the recent monsoons. We figured we needed a new roof and weren’t too happy about that. We were talking about lining up some quotes, but Lloyd from 435 Roofing happened to be doing some work next door to us. My wife went over and asked if he could schedule time to look at our roof and give us an estimate. Well, not only did Lloyd do it immediately but he told my wife that we could get by with some repairs until we were ready to undertake getting a new roof. He then gave her all kinds of helpful hints and made the repairs immediately for the most reasonable price. Couldn’t believe what my wife was telling me when I got home and very grateful to Lloyd for his integrity, friendliness, and service. Will definitely call 435 Roofing when it’s time for that new roof and will definitely recommend to others.

I cannot recommend these guys more! I had an emergency with my roof on a Saturday evening and they were able to get someone out to me and get it fixed within 2 hours! All while my contact there was on vacation! They do a great job!

435 Roofing replaced our wood shake roof in old Leawood with CertainTeed Grand Manor shingles, and it looks awesome. Whitney spent a lot of time with us going over options for the look that we wanted and was very helpful and patient with us. When his crew showed up, I have never seen anything quite like it. They had the old roof torn off and the sheeting nailed on by 10:30 in the morning. The crew almost completed the entire roof in the first day. All that remained, which was completed the next day, was the turret and the ridge vent. The turret presented a real challenge since we weren't using wood shakes. We showed Whitney a turret in Mission Hills with the same shingles and told him that we would be happy with how that roof turned out. He assured us that our turret would look better, and he was right. We were ecstatic with how the turret looks. Whitney also put on new gutters and leaf guards, which look great. There were a couple of punch list items that remained after completion, and Whitney took care of those items promptly, and the cleanup of the yard, etc. was perfect. The bonus on top of all of this is that he was the lowest bidder of 4 contractors, and the price didn't change in the end, as often happens. We can't say enough about the quality and professionalism on this job. Great overall experience!!!!

Lloyd and team were a true joy to work with. They bent over backwards to help my family with some roof repairs during the process of selling our home. They have wonderful craftsmanship and even better service. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
