They started work right on schedule, had it done in a day, and left no trace that they were here in terms of debris...they just left behind a great looking new roof! Dakota was great to work with-he got back with me right away to answer any questions I had. Very professional. Great customer service!

I had seen several of my neighbors getting new roofs over the past few months and was curious why. I spoke to one of my neighbors and she stated that she also she had been curious. Basically, she told me that Shamrock Roofers had been referred to her by a third neighbor. She investigated the company and had them inspect her roof. This inspection found considerable hail damage so she opted to have her roof replaced. I had Dakota with Shamrock Roofers come to my house and perform an inspection that also showed considerable hail damage of which I was unaware. Dakota took multiple pictures of the damage for my viewing so I discussed possible replacement. Dakota explained that he would contact my insurance company with me to explain what he saw. Dakota called my inurance company and we went through the process of filing a claim. I received a call a few days later from the insurance adjuster that he would be arriving to provide their inspection. I notified Dakota and he met me at my house so he could talk to the insurance adjuster on my behalf. The adjuster inspected the roof, stated that he would authorize replacement and even issued me a full payment for the costs (less my deductible of course). I made arrangements for Dakota to come back and discuss color and other options for the replacement of the roof. Two days later we met and decided on the options we wanted (including impact resistant shingles) and to proceed with the installation. Within a week, I had a new roof. The crew was efficient, quick, and thorough in the installation and clean up. The roof looks great and my wife and I are totally satisfied with the completed project. I highly recommend Shamrock Roofers if you have need of a new roof, guttering, or other services.
