I am in the process of purchasing a townhouse, have an accepted offer, and are in the process of doing inspections. I called KY-KO to see if they could come out to do an Inspections Report/Estimate of Repairs that would need to be done, so I could provide this to the sellers. This is something my Realtor said could be done, but when I spoke with Randi (their scheduling person) she was extremely rude and short with me. It honestly seemed like she was annoyed by my questions and then she started to put up road blocks, to simply having someone come out to do an estimate, so we could provide documentation to our seller. I am not sure what this company's philosophy is, but customer support and obtainment is not one of them. Randi was rude and extremely unhelpful.

I had a roof leak on my soon to be 4 year old home. Had Joe come out to look at the issue. He called me in advance and was also able to come early. Was very professional and fixed the issue fast. It was a small job but he took the time to Be thorough and walk the whole roof looking for any other issues. Joe also took the time to educated me on my style of roof and what to look for in the future. Thanks for the great work.

I don't know that anyone wants to buy a new roof, but everyone will have to at some point. I'm so glad we went with Kyko. They were the most friendly and personable company to do business with, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and did amazing work on the roof itself. Our family feels so comfortable knowing we have a well built roof over our heads.

Ky-Ko puts on a good roof, workers are polite, and Owner's son is very polite and knowlegeable. I found their office to be a bit disorganized, and just an FYI, they automatically place everyone on a Preliminary Lien Service notice, which was an unpleasant surprise to us, since we were not disputing our bill, but apparently their protocol. If it weren't for that and the lack of warning of such notice, and the somewhat chaotic office staff, I would have given them a 5 star review. Be proactive and don't wait for them to get in touch - they'll send you the preliminary lien service document to file a lien on your property before you even get a final bill. I don't agree with this protocol personally.

This company was obviously not interested in a "small job" involving replacing individual cracked tiles on a tile roof damaged by golf ball hits. Said they couldn't get someone out to provide an estimate for a week and a half and the work would take more than a month to perform. Previously used them and received prompt service (before the old man died). Things have obviously changed now that he isn't around . . .
