Do not use Century Roofing for any reason. The following is a list of important reasons to look elsewhere for your roofing needs. 1. I sued them in court for roof warranty violation, and the judge said that Century Roofing did not act in good faith nor in a timely manner to address my leaky roof. Century Roofing was ordered by the court to pay me an amount, and was ordered to pay all of my court fees. Century Roofing knows that most people will not take the time to sue them in court, so they are willing to take the chance and see what they can get away with. I recently met with state lawmakers in an effort to change the laws regarding the AZ Registrar of Contractors complete lack of oversight on consumer issues with licensed contractors. 2. Century Roofing does not want to honor their warranties. If your roof is over 2 years old, the Registrar of Contractors can no longer lean on Century Roofing to do the right thing and honor their warranty. They are quite well aware of this. 3. They miscommunicate the length of their roofing jobs. In addition, phone calls often are not returned. 4. The office secretary Dee is very rude, argumentative and confrontational. When you ask to speak with one of the managers, Steve or Sandy, good luck getting in touch with them if you've had a run-in with Dee. 5. Century Roofing has bullied me multiple times regarding this negative review, as they do here in their response, to get me to remove it. I refuse to be bullied. They are not interested in honoring their warranties, period. Hopefully my negative experiences with Century Roofing will prevent future potential consumers to not make the same mistake I did.

This roofing company just saved my Mom's house from more damage. It was tough not being in AZ to help my Mom since I live far away, but this company really helped. Was so pleased with the experience at this company. Not only were they respectful, but they show they care and go over the top. We were able to work with Steve on the best estimate as well and in no time my Mom's new roof is finished. She was due for a new foam and got that plus guaranteed customer service. 10/10 recommend this company, they will work with you!!

Called in to set up an appointment and the girls were SO nice! They were able to get me a spot the same week and even called me to confirm. I decided to go with Century to do the work and was not disappointed one bit! To top it off, they were very clean and made sure to pick up after they were done. Thank you for getting my roof fixed before monsoon season coming up in a few months!!!

Great people and great company. they did very well with staying on top of my work and made sure to keep me updated. I am very pleased with how it turned out and will be using them again.

We had Century come out to give us an estimate for some broken tile and leaks. We had no trouble getting an appointment with the kind ladies in the front office. Steve, the salesman who came out, was very professional and helpful. We had no clue there were bird pecks all over our flat roof, but Steve informed us and we decided to get a re-coat. After we had our roof work done, there has been a lot of rain since and we are overly satisfied with our roof. After the amazing experience we had we will be referring our friends and will use them in the future!
