Pretty awesome guys, really friendly to talk to and work with. Their sales rep was honest and explained thoroughly their product and service as well as their price point. The installer was down to earth and was honest about the job, timely, and efficient. The install job looked nice and flush with my roof. Only one problem arose with part of my roof not being level, which Doug (the owner) gave me contact to James Elliot’s roofing service to get fixed. Overall it was a pleasant experience with their people, their price point was fair in relation to the investment of the longevity of my home.

Beware! Gutter magician salesmen prey on vulnerable, elderly people. A gutter magician representative spent hours at an elderly couple's house in Fort Wright, KY a couple weeks ago. He convinced them that they needed to replace all the gutters and downspouts at their house because they were very old. His estimate for the work came it at almost $10,000. Concerned friends of the couple helped them cancel the contract and were helping them obtain a couple additional estimates for the work. The new estimates were coming in at around $3000. The salesmen returned unbeknownst to the concerned friends and again talked the gullible old couple into signing another contract. Shame on you, Greg Luebbe for preying on elderly!

My husband and I had The Gutter Magician install gutters on our home after we realized these were the best gutters on the market as they are the most effective. We love them and the staff is very friendly.

I had gutters installed on my home 2 years ago, and to date I have not had any issues with them. I have never had to get on a ladder since. I wanted to wait to see how they did and I'm a happy customer!
