Aladdin Roofing

I had an appointment Today 9-13-2018 with John for free roof estimate . I had made the appointment a week ago. I called 9-12-18 to confirm my appointment for today left a voice message. But no one returned my call. So I waited for my 2:45 appointment. John never showed up. If you are considering hiring this company, think twice before you do. Because if they don't show up for estimate how are you going to trust they will show up to do the job or show up after the job if you have a problem with your roof. That's how I'm looking at today's no show appointment. It's a blessing he didn't show up because John represents Aladdin roofing and it's a blessing it happened now and not after I give them my business. P. S. Who is giving 5 stars? Are they fake? Because I know my review is real & Honest.

Mark and Shelly have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Mark has really been flexible with days and time to meet and discuss the process and is very thorough on what to expect with getting our roof replaced. The crew did a really good job and cleaned up after each work day. Thanks again Shelly, Mark and crew! We are very pleased.

After plenty of shopping around for a leak repair and after having to explain to several roofers (who insisted to overly treat the roof for a price six times the insurance estimate) that the insurance contractor was a former roofer himself and not THAT clueless, I finally met John from Aladdin Roofing. Before he knew about the insurance estimate, he came, looked at the problem, and quoted a rate that was very comparable and made perfect sense. Very cordial service, HONEST, and efficient business. I highly recommend Aladdin Roofing to anyone and will use them again in the future. Thank you for your excellent work!
