Called Carpe Diem in January about a roof leak around the chimney. Mike came out in the cold, had a look, took a bunch of pictures, and advised me to replace the chimney before doing any roofing work. After the mason replaced the chimney, Mike came back and finished up the flashing, waterproofing, and fixed a few roofing mistakes around other vents. He did a great job and his prices were very competitive. Thanks to his advice (and pictures) I was able to stop the leak and proceed with an insurance claim. Can't recommend Carpe Diem highly enough!

Contacted over half a dozen contractors who never got back to me with a written quote on repairing my roof. Mike was the only one, he was able to come the next day after the quote and after 4 hours he patched up the leaks in my roof. He also offered to come back at another day if the repairs prove not to fix the problem.
