The team at HR was exceptionally easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable to what my needs were. In late 2018 there was a microburst in my neighborhood causing damage to several homes, I was able to wait till Spring of 2019, but witnessed several neighbors roofs get replaced and was expecting 3-4 days of replacement. I was completely surprised when they had my entire property covered including my 30K gallon pool at 6am and completely finished at 3pm that afternoon. I had approached several roofing firms prior to HR; it seemed to me that, while yes I’m not a roofing expert, I did want my opinion to matter and I felt that with the team at HR.

They were great! We couldn’t get anybody to come in the time frame we needed and our house was going to close escrow in 10 days. I forgot the name of the gentleman who came out, but he did just what I asked him to do and he found some missing nails on some of the edge tiles and a small flashing issue which he fixed for only a few dollars more. Polite, professional and no upselling. He even told me that the roof was only a few years old, which we did not know about when we bought it less than 2 years before, but we passed that onto the seller, which made them very happy to hear!
