This is the second time we have used them. The first was for gutter guards. This time we needed some rotted wood replaced on the eves of our house. Shane gave us a price which was very fair then they came and did the job quickly. Both times the quality if the work was impressive and the prices were fair. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

We received quotes from several other roofing companies and Fichtner came in well under the rest. The customer service was outstanding. Scheduling was easy. Installation was done professionally and neatly with no inconvenience to our family. And finally, the roof looks amazing with high quality workmanship and materials. We also had the chimney cap replaced, and ours looks better and of much higher quality than any of our neighbors. This was a great company to work with.
