Custom Concepts was the best, from start to finish! Great technical expertise, great customer service, and a great product! They replaced 21 windows in our house, and they are amazing, looks like high-def! Thanks so much , would give 6 stars if I could...they went above and beyond and worked around our schedule to get the job done -- they even helped work out some issues on some older windows that weren't even originally in our project scope. Custom Concepts was terrific from the moment we made the initial call requesting a quote. They worked around our schedule to visit the house and give us an estimate and they answered all our questions... and we had many as newbie homeowners. They also waited patiently while we collected other estimates before we hired them for the job. They had the best price, most thorough estimate, and really listened to what we needed and wanted. Once they started the job, the whole team was nothing short of amazing. From the project manager to the office support to the actual workers, they were professional, timely, respectful, and really talented at their jobs. The work was fantastic and quick. I truly wish they did whole house remodels because I would definitely use them. I've already recommended them to friends and neighbors and are keeping them in mind for future projects.

Custom Concepts Construction, Inc. ( Jefferson, MD) has provided me with a well-deserved remodeling of my home. My forty year old house was in need of major renovations. I am a hands on homeowner. Custom Concepts are so wonderful from the initial interview to the final details of the construction completion. I had interviewed more than ten companies. There were none that had the expertise, quality, vision and incredible customer service that Custom Concepts had with years of tradition and experience. They were very in tune with best practices, material recommendations, and building regulations which were needed in my home renovation of the windows, siding, doors and roofing. They had the knowledge and skill to tackle this project that no other company had, for sure. Not only did they have great expectations but followed through to the completion of reconstruction. The time and patience developing a plan with Michael was impeccably detailed, from providing materials that would best fit my home construction needs and my desires for better quality products. There were suggestion for what may be potential changes to the project as we went through and during demolition and reconstruction of multiple aspects of renovation. I feel that my home is not only better constructed, safe, stronger, insulated, and esthetically beautiful. I think the best in the neighborhood. It is also the opinion of my neighbors, who took the time to stop by and admire the progress of my home projects. My home is the envy of the neighborhood. I have heard of other company’s crews that were not interested in quality, and longevity of their construction. The theory of others being if you don’t see it then it does not matter. My home renovations have proven to improve the air drafting throughout the house. This was one of many major concerns. The temperature has improved throughout the house making me so much more comfortable. The look of my home has more character and design due to Custom Concepts Construction’s (Jefferson, MD), vision. I am already enjoying the rest and relaxation from the fruits of Custom Concepts hard labor from the roof, siding (including supportive insulation), windows and doors.
