John D. was great. He explained everything in detail, was knowledgeable, and flexible. We had originally scheduled at 1 pm but had to move it back to 2:30. He was able to move it, no problem! He was also able to explain the difference between installation products used and their quality. As a former manager at the Home Depot I know the different brands and the quality they carry with them, everything John said was truthful and accurate.

The whole install process went great! The guys arrived at 8:30 AM and were gone by 4:30 PM. No mess, no stress and every window and door looked immaculate. At one point I had to marvel at the installers caulking skills as the bead he laid was impeccable. I was shock when the surprise inspector showed up, but that let's me know how detailed they are. I've told everyone from co-workers, family and friends about Window Nation as this had to be one of the best vendor experiences I ever had!

Terry was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in making this daunting process very easy. We didn’t feel pressured at all to go with Window Nation and felt he cared more about the quality work and making my parents house beautiful, which we really liked. I highly recommend Terry to anyone else looking to have quality work done.
