We own a duplex built in the 1800’s and have had a hard time just getting someone who will show up for the job. After speaking with Dave’s spouse I knew he’d show up. The end result was great, the cost was definitely fair for all the work performed and I must add that they are absolutely the most professional company I’ve worked with for home repairs. Thank you again Dave, we are very pleased.

These people did good work, but we had a terrible experience with them, as the crew arrived and started tearing off the wrong roof. My husband told them to come down and because they didn't speak English, they didn't understand, and kept tearing off the wrong roof, and my husband got very angry. It was hard to get ahold of the manager to get this worked out. When he finally arrived, they repaired the part that they had mistakenly taken off and did the rest of the work--very well. I think the roof looks beautiful. That said, when my husband asked for some consideration from the owner for the stress of the mishap, the man blew up at him, called him a racist, told him if he'd "kept his mouth shut" he would have had a free roof, and then told him he'd put a lien on our house if we didn't pay our bill. (We had no intention of not paying, though hoped for a small discount given the error.) I was appalled, to say the least. It's not the mistake that was so egregious--though it's a biggie, and not leaving a manager on site (or instantly reachable by cell) who can communicate with the client seems problematic. Still, everyone makes mistakes. But handling an upset client is part of the job, and on this, the company really fell short.

Just Roofing redid my roofs on the house and garage. They removed 3 layers of old singles, installed moisture barrier and new drip edges. Their quote was reasonable, the material quality excellent. They arrived when they said they would, finished the work and cleaned up completely. what more can you ask for.

Dave and his crew are awesome! They did a fabulous job on my house and even shoveled my entire roof. Since I am not great with heights this was a major help and the price was very reasonable. I can tell that this company cares about the work they do and will back it up with great craftsmanship.

Tried to have them come out and take a look they never did give me a quote over the phone sent them $300 down payment to get started they gave me my money back and never started the job call them again 6 months later no return phone call yeah they're great should have called Dave Duchene
