We hired Empire construction for much needed repairs on our porch and chimney. This is the second time we hired Empire. Barry and crew were amazing! Barry explained everything that needed to be done and was very professional. This was the best experience I have ever had with a construction company he was not pushy very knowledgeable. Someone came out two weeks ago to give me an estimate for a gutter repair. Said he would email it back to me at the end of the day, never received. Called the office after two weeks the lady who answered asked for all my information again like it was the first time I called. Poor customer service if you didn't want the job should have told me when you were here. Having a another Company do my work!!
