Their rep, Derrick, was personable and knowledgeable, provided clear, useful information, and a thorough quote. The company made a real effort to work around the rainy weather, and when the crew arrived, they got the job done as promised in one day. Had a quote from Seth and Derrick. These guys were the selling point . Honest and to the point. I had 5 quotes and they were the only salesmen that got on the roof. There price was in the ball park and the material was better then the other quotes I got. I decided to go with Rapid Roof because they were more professional then the rest. The crew that installed the roof work as a team. They worked to the job was done. Even the roofers after they were done came down and help clean the mess up. Hard working group. Derrick and Seth were very nice and looked in the attic. They found wet insulation which will need replacing. They made some good suggestions also. I did not like that it could take 3 weeks to start the job. I am waiting for the estimate now.
