I thought ACS Roofing was very professional, punctual, friendly, and very well qualified. They finished the roof early, were very cleanly, and our correspondence with them was also completed in a timely manner. Very nice people overall.

We live in the Laguna West area 95758, we happen to find ACS online and thank goodness we did. We we called numerous roofing companies that didn't even want to take the time to come out and just do a roof inspection once I told them I had no major work. ACS not only came out promptly, they came out during a rain storm. They were extremely friendly, professional, and I felt like they were being honest. I didn't feel like they were taking me to the cleaners like my other quotes. ACS is definitely the place to call if you need just to roof inspection and maintenance or major repair. I would recommend ACS to my grandmother. I'm an extremely picky consumer and ACS has won our business for life. They even offer a free yearly roof inspection once you're a customer. They not only gave us a $25 off the roof inspection but they added the roof inspection cost as a discount if you decide to purchase the service. Their quote and the report was extremely professional, had pictures, Had each section outlined that needed repair and, do gutter cleaning, and also dry rot repair, very fair , very professional love the service.

I found ACS Roofing on Home Advisor. They did a roof inspection for me at a reasonable cost and provided pictures of the pre-inspection. They also provided me with a quote to do the repairs. It took them one day to do the repairs. The only modification I would suggest to them is that they provide pictures after the repair work is done. Other than that, they are very professional, and I'm satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them for any roofing projects that you may need. Five out of five stars!!!

Without a doubt, will repeat. I actually did get multiple bids, but other roofing companies were giving bids without going onto the roof and/or way underestimating the work to get the bid to start work...it would end up more this way as they "find" more things that I already know would be issues. ACS gave me a quote of all the work that needed to be done and any additional recommendations based on their experience working on my house model for others. I chose what I felt was needed to be added. They started work a day after the contract was signed since the rains were coming and found the damage to be much wider than originally thought. They didn't even ask me, they took responsibility of the little additional work as part of the project. They are slightly more than other cheaper companies but I promise you, they are experts and fix what they said would be fixed. I finally found a roofing company that could trusted for work, expertise and honesty.

Horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone, left a message and they called back a day later to make an appointment. Rearranged my schedule so I would be home during my scheduled appointment time and NO ONE SHOWED UP. They didn’t bother to call and let me know they wouldn't be able to get to my house today, and you guessed it...no one will answer the phone to tell me what happened. UPDATE: to the owner, it absolutely was your company. ACS roofing. After your technician didn’t show up yesterday I called SEVEN times during your business hours to find out what happened and got your voicemail (for ACS roofing) SEVEN Times because you didn’t answer. Then your tech showed up at my house an HOUR AND A HALF LATE. In fairness, your tech was very professional and identified the problem with my roof. Then as I said you didn’t bother to call be back until the next day and I missed your call. I have now called back FOUR times today and not once has anyone answered the phone (and I have gotten the voicemail for ACS roofing).
