Tri City built our garage and we are thrilled! I wish more companies could have their work ethics. George worked with us on details of design and made our vision a reality. They were on schedule, the price was exactly what it should be and everyone was polite and professional, they even cleaned up each evening before leaving. Don's company is everything you want in a builder: His workmanship is excellent; his crew is polite and clean up; he shows up checking on the job; the job is done in a timely manner; he keeps his commitment as far as delivering a quote and showing up for the job when he says he will. He responds immediately when you have a question. His company is top notch! Many builders don't show up on time, or don't follow up if there is a problem --especially after the is done-- not true with Don. I had a question (twice) about a window. He called, arranged a time to show up and showed up to check it out. There was no problem with his work or the window -- He was kind enough to educate me on the proper handling of slider windows! Great company, great work, great price!! I would HIGHLY recommend them. Wish more companies had the integrity, work ethic, and expertise like his company.

Roof, gutters, and a doorwall. Everyone was extremely courteous and our home and yard were left with complete clean up. Very happy that these projects are done and it was a good experience!
