Overall, experience was good. Had lots of clean up to do from roofing debris left in the gutters, garage & attic. Had to have attic cleaned by professionals. Still picking up nails and other debris in yard. Company should forewarn customers of clean up needed after work completed. They did do some clean up but still lots to do after work completed. The solar install went fine and is working as far as we know. Some clean up and painting required from places they missed.

Super easy to work with and the process from start to finish was excellent. They communicate with you every step of the way and the work site was cleaner than when they started after they completed the installation. Glad I chose PetersenDean!

They were one of 4 companies I interviewed for solar. The reason for my review is they were very nice and prompt. Unfortunately I didn't go with them but do appreciate there time and they would have been the 2nd company if I had issues with my choice.

Took over 6 months to complete the process. Most of the delays were the fault of the PD team (long design cycle; didn't pass inspection, equipment installed improperly). Slow to get a response on issues when contacting customer service.

great for me but terrible issues for my father in law across the street. delays, improper mounting, more delays. He had a terrible experience which contrasted my fairly simple process. i would give 5 but I see the experience is not always the same
