We had TKO out to do some concrete work around our home and to add a patio to the back of our house. They did the concrete work with no problem. We removed the plants that we wanted to keep and left the others. We were told that they would take care of the plants that were not wanted. They were polite and cooperative, even if they tried to shorten some of the concrete work we wanted done. We thought they were doing us a favor when they put the dirt from the job around the fence in our backyard. (Our backyard is a large back yard, almost 1/2 acre) Well this spring we had several surprises spring up around the fence, the flowers that they had dug up. They took the dirt and all and put it around the fence. Now we have additional work of digging out flowers where we did not want them. After paying good amount of money for the work, extremely dissatisfied with the clean up that was not done.

My husband and I hired TKO to do work to the exterior of our home. As we neared the end of the project, we paid the full agreed upon price, with the understanding that they would be back the following business day to tie up some loose ends. This included repairing a window screen that they tore, replacing a custom column base cap that they broke, replacing address numbers that they broke and repairing an exterior faucet that they damaged. It is going on a month and TKO refuses to finish the job. Initially they gave us a time and day that they would return. After multiple no-shows, we reached out to the owner, who told us someone would be there by the end of the week. No one showed up. When we reached back out to the owner, he told us it wasn't his problem and that we needed to connect with the workers directly. The workers will not answer our calls/texts- so we are now left to assume that TKO has no plans of finishing the work/replacing what they have damaged. This un-professionalism is incredibly disappointing especially because we would have loved to use TKO for future projects and have had several friends and neighbors ask about the work we've had done. If you plan on using TKO do not pay in full until everything is done to your satisfaction.

I had to wait over a month past the date I was told for them to start. Then, the quality of the work that was done is extremely poor. The trim that was replaced outdoors was painted with the stickers still on the wood!! Of course the sticker has now lifted off revealing a bare spot. And, they took all of my paint and didn’t leave any to touch up with. The flashing replaced at my chimney was not done correctly, looks horrible from the outside and leaks worse than it did prior to them replacing it. In addition to the poor quality of the work, the lack of communication made things even more frustrating. Having TKO Home Maintenance do work on my home was a complete waste of my time and money.

I was very pleased with TKO. All of the employees I dealt with were very polite and well informed. The work was completed as expected and done in a professional manner. I would certainly use this company again and would recommend them to any person looking for maintenance projects around their home. I had several areas of water-damaged drywall repaired, paver patio and sidewalk cleaned, and a deck repaired and painted. In addition my leaking skylights were repaired. I was pleased with all the work.

I had TKO do cement work for me. He did a good job however the rest of the work was never performed. I had called him and he said that he would show the next day. He never showed, and never heard from him again.
