I had my roof done by Dynamite Roofing a few years back. I called and spoke to Rob to get an estimate. He came by and examined the house and roof. He was all over the roof! Looking and poking at everything. He even requested to go into the attic. He said he wanted to see if there were any leaks. (Our current roof was rather old but I never saw any water damage in the house.) After he was done looking around and taking notes, he told me what he saw. I did not realize, but he had taken some pictures of some of the roof area to show me so I did not have to go up on the roof. He pointed out some dry rot on some of the wood as well as a really small stain he took a picture of when he was in the attic. Man did that make my life easier to not have to go up on the roof or attic to see those things. He explained why the stain in the attic was there as well as the rotting and deteriorating wood. He gave a detailed written estimate to put on a new composite roof and it included replacing those rotting wood areas which I was grateful to not have to do that myself or have to call someone else to do it. He also said he would deal with the inspectors to ensure all phases were going to pass the inspection. We agreed up a date to begin the work. He and his workers showed up on time, with the necessary roofing materials, tools, and lumber. They went to work immediately. At each stage, Rob made a special effort to provide me status as to what had been done and what the next steps were going to be. His ability to talk "roof" and explain things to me was great. I do not know much about my roof, but I certainly understood it much better after hearing Rob explain it to me in layman's terms. The job was done on time and within budget. Very pleased with that! This was a few years back and we have had some heavy rains recently. I had no leaks and the new gutters he put drained water away from my house. I was impressed with his work ethic, the reasonable bid for the work, and completing it on time and within budget. I have recommended him to all my friends.
