Someone from Kat came to my house and wouldn't take no for an answer when asking to look at the roof. He was told that insurance came out 2 years ago after the storms and wouldn't cover the full roof but he insisted on looking anyway. My wife was uncomfortable with the situation and ended up scheduling an inspection on a day I would be home. When they come back they will be asked politely to leave, if they continue to harass us I will call the police. I do not like that she was bullied into an appointment when we obviously don't want it. I will never do business with this company.

Kat Construction has let me down and has taken more $$ than the work completed. They took over two years to get my roof and windows installed. I had to call constantly to make sure they come out. I was left with many unfinished items ....that my insurance approved to be updated...which Kat confidently committed to completing everything on the list from the initial meeting, but made every excuse later to NOT go through with it once money was collected; due not being able to manage the company’s workload they were experiencing. They randomly cut me a check for the uncompleted work....without any explanation about what it covers. I tried several times to schedule someone to come out to go through a thorough review of all items completed and to justify the check they cut out; they wouldn’t come out.....😡. Overall a terrible experience that I don’t want anyone to go though. DO NOT work with Kat Construction unless you plan on being taking advantage of and getting incomplete work.

These guys called me to offer a free roof inspection since there were storms in my area. Guy came out, said evidence of hail damage, noticed a few other issues, said there was evidence hail damage on my downspouts as well. Adjuster came out and looked at everything, said there was no hail damage. The Kat employee agreed with the adjuster (per the adjuster). So apparently, he outright lied to me and said I had hail so I would open a claim. Adjuster also said he sees Kat claims a lot and only about 50% actually have real damage. Waste of time, and will probably affect my insurance rate. Hire a real company that doesn't lie to their customers.

Keith replaced my roof a few years ago. Easy to deal with and honest. Called on a "roof" leak recently. Turned out that when Orrin Thompson/US Homes built the house in 1973 they never connected the vent fan above the stove to the roof vent right above it. 45 yrs of dumping warm moist air into the roof, only to rain back down on the ceiling. Keith fixed it even tho it wasn't really his issue. Go with this guy, you won't regret it.
