We are so glad and happy with the work Ryan’s did with our kitchen windows. Austin did a terrific job helping us choose the right windows. The install crew was fantastic. Their work was exceptional. We now have a kitchen with ‘WOW’ windows. That’s the first thing people say when they see our windows, WOW! And that’s what we say. WOW! Ryan’s get a WOW from us as well!

Roof work looks good. They showed up when they said they were going to and cleaned up their mess very well, almost couldn't even tell they were here. Didn't give 5 stars because I had to do a lot of leg work on my end to get answers to questions and to finally get ahold of someone who had answers to my questions. As a construction worker myself, I understand that jobs rarely ever run on time as scheduled. However, as a contractor with as good a reputation as they have, one would expect they are able to take a couple minutes to call concerned customers about their projects to keep them in the loop. I ended up talking with Austin Ryan and he smoothed everything over. My fiance is concerned the crew didn't fix the nail pops that were supposed to be fixed per the bid, but I assume from looking at them they fixed them to the best of their ability. For anyone looking at a complete roof replacement, these guys are higher priced. The work they do is good, but explore all options. We went with Ryan because Brian Sawyer came out and gave me his honest opinion because we're only going to be in the house for 4-5 more years that we should repair the problem areas on the house and replace the garage roof. It looks like a perfect match after they came through and I especially appreciate him not trying to upsell me on their services. Worth the money, definitely, but I would have went with a different contractor for a full replacement just for the fact that the bids were $3,000 different from the best bid I got. I have had great experiences with Ryan Windows & Siding! I’ve used their services for soffit repairs, ice dam issues, installation of roof vents and attic insulation. Everyone I’ve worked with has been pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Payment terms have been extremely fair. The work performed has been superior and the work crews have been accommodating to my schedule. We are lucky to have Ryan here in Rochester!
