Sales department is great, project management not so much. Didn’t keep me informed or stay on top of permits which set project back a few months. Other than that panels are awesome, would recommend to anyone.

We have been waiting a month for our solar to be turned on. PG&E told us they need more documents. Peterson said they have submitted them. Seems we have a stalemate. Now when we call, we have been made to feel like we have done something wrong. We asked to have the owner call us but that hasn’t happened either. We went with this company because we heard good things about them. Seems like now that they have been paid, they urgency has disappeared. Ken and Denise Urbina.

We love our solar panels that we got from Petersen Dean. Alex Darr our sales rep was so helpful. Have referred three friends and bought four more panels ourselves. I seriously feel like I can make a commercial for PetersenDean solar. Happy customer enjoying those cheap PG&E bills!!
