Had the roof replaced on my flat-roofed commercial building by another company. The results were horrible and ended with a full refund. Had the whole job done over by Delta. It was immediately obvious that Delta is the right choice. Delta removed the bad roof, as well as all old roofing below it as should have been done in the first place. Every person on Delta's crew kept busy; no wasting time; no extended cigarette breaks. Everyone speaks English. Fast-forward several years. A nine-inch rain caused one minor leak. Delta responded promptly and still stands behind their work.

While I have never directly worked with Delta roofing, driving down Chestnut Expressway this morning I saw a minivan pulled over on the side of road with the flashers on a couple guys putting gas in it, no big deal right? Until I see the work truck parked in front of it and you guys in Delta roofing hoodies taking the time to put their gas in this person's minivan. I ever do need a roof I'm going to very heavily consider using Delta roofing after seeing that.
