Awesome job fixing our roof!

I was just recently hired on at Copal Const. as a Journeyman Roofer and I have been looking for the perfect roofing job since shortly after the recession hit our economy in 2008. It has literally taken me 10 years to actually find a good company like this to work for. Everyone in the office from the secretaries to the owner of the company himself are just wonderfully nice and respectful people. They make sure that every new hire has a criminal background check and a pre employment drug screen performed before they are even allowed to start work. I am very impressed with this company with how they look and how nice they are and also because no matter how much they need more employees to fill the positions that they are hiring for, they will not let anyone on there job sites unless that person has taken there drug screen and criminal background check. Not only does this policy protect the company and the people that work for this company, it protects the homeowners and there families. The quality of the work not only meets the manufacturers warranty standards, it exceeds it by far. I have been roofing 23 years steady and this is truly the first company that I have ever known of to stick to these strict but necessary policies that ensure quality and discipline. The owner of the company is a hard worker himself. This man will work side by side on the job sites with his workers and he is just one of the nicest people you would ever meet. This company will be around for many more years to come and I am ever so grateful that I have finally found the perfect company to work for. Now as a single parent to 2 children, I never have to worry about my job security, and I will always be able to provide for my children like I always have intended to do. And now that I have been blessed with this wonderful opportunity with Copal Const. My kids and I's future looks real promising. Almost seems to good to be true. We are beyond pleased with the excellent service we received from Copal Construction, Rich, Christian and team. Our home is beautiful. They have replaced our roof, siding, soffits and sliding patio door. The workmanship is beautiful and they are an extremely professional team. Everything was kept clean and tidy the whole time.
