My review is strictly on the pickup area. It is always a 1 to 3 hour wait to pick up. Doesn't matter if you order early or not. I have always had excellent service in the ordering and invoice area.

I used to enjoy coming here when I had a metal project to take care of. Unfortunately it seems with the recent upgrades to their facility, there was a downgrade in their customer service. I have had several attempts come up short at just getting me a quote on a material price. This means I lost out on a customer on several occasions because I couldn't get a quote from them in a timely manner to bid a job. The last project that I tried to get a price on was some steel support posts, purlins, and enough metal to do about 2,000 square feet of awnings on someone's shop. By no means was this something small and insignificant for them to blow off. That doesn't mean they should be blowing off small jobs either, but that seems to be the case lately. Lately I have been having better luck just finding another place closer to where I'm working and supporting the guys that are still hungry to make money. This place has lost its edge.

Terrible customer service! I have called 4 times in 2 weeks asking for a sales representative to give me a quote. Every time the receptionist says they are all busy and I leave my name amd number and have yet to receive a phone call! If it’s this difficult to get a price I can’t imagine dealing with them during the building process.

Very poor customer service !! Got too much business they don't know what to do with !! Give your money to the little man who cares !! Go to wickers or elsewhere this biig company has major problems !!

Nice place to get metal.
