Never roofed my house but did encounter the guy in this picture road raging. Not my kinda roofer.

Paid over $9000 to have the roof re-shingled in June of 2016. Supposedly the roof was guaranteed for at least 25 years. Now less than two years later in May of 2018 the roof of garage is leaking and there is black mold on the ceiling and around the roof beams. Nothing but issues since I had this supposedly "best" roofer in the area roof my home in Brookings. They did send out one of their people to look at the problem and take pictures of the issues and I was told they would call me to schedule repairs. I've called multiple times to try to schedule these repairs and abatement of the black mold but no one will return my calls. So the leak and resulting black mold remain. I would not recommend this company as they don't keep their word nor back up their work.

McMurray and Sons recently installed 2,800 sq ft roof on my mothers home. I have to say, highest quality materials, professional installation and best service quality. I recommend McMurray and Sons over any competitor.

By far the most detailed and personable staff from the three companies I received a quote from. I had Steve Claasen come by and inspect my roof for an estimate. He gave me several tips to get a few more years out of my roof, and took time to answer my questions. These are the sort of folks you want to come to your home, and when it comes time to purchasing a new roof, McMurray and Sons will be at the top of my list as a result.
