They said they would be there at a certain time and they were. That carries a lot of weight with me. They did a good job on my roof too.

Recently had water spot on ceiling of my kids bathroom. I have some experience in construction field. When on roof to try and diagnose the problem to fix it. I couldn't find anything really wrong with roof. My wife called Mitchell roofing and sales manager Chris Turner called me. He wanted to help us save some money and gave me some info to help diagnose the problem. He was extremely helpful and honest without even setting foot on my property. I will use Mitchell roofing in the future for any roofing needs and highly recommend to anyone.

They did a good job on the roof in 2011 but I have small leaks now and I have tried to contact them 3 times for repair. I was also going to get them to do gutter estimates but no one ever calls me back, I talked to a receptionist once but no one else. I am looking elsewhere now and in the future.
