Tidds was highly recommended by another contractor. They came in with the best price and fully reroofed my house in 2 days. The workers were very friendly and worked from dawn to dusk in January. While my hot tub cover was slightly damaged by shingle removal, they expeditiously addressed the issue and ordered a cover replacement on the spot with no reluctance or hesitation. They told me to hold back the cost of the cover from my final payment until the cover arrives at my house. I was very impressed on how they handled this issue because stuff like this can happened very easily. It is how a company responds to events like this is what determines its true character. I would highly recommend them!!!
