This company does good work. Their representatives are friendly and professional, and they leave the work site clean. Even their physical showroom is clean, comfortable, and inviting. The first time I called them for roof repairs, they took dozens of photos and took the time to completely explain to me what was wrong, and how they would fix it. I would highly recommend this roofing contractor to anyone.

I contacted HIGHLANDER Roofing for an estimate for a new roof. Josh Cornwell came out to the house that morning, checked out and measured my roof, and I had the estimate that afternoon. While they were not the lowest estimate they were in the ballpark and I was very impressed with their promptness and attention to my needs. They came out and put a tarp over my roof to stop the leaking while waiting in line. The roofers were prompt, professional and very friendly. They cleaned up the yard every evening before leaving and finished the job in three days. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. And, by the way, the roof looks great! I am very pleased!

HIGHLANDER ROOFING was hired to replace the roof on my wedding barn. This is a wedding venue that is rented year round, so it is important that the roof was properly installed. I was told he had 30 years of roofing experience, but after my roof was installed it was obvious he nor anyone who works there has anywhere near 30 years of roofing experience. After HIGHLANDER ROOFING “completed” the job, I started to have leaks all over, and needed to cover the roof with large tarps. I called a very reputable company in town, who usually has a waiting list, and asked them to help me. After I received the pictures of the roof that was installed by HIGHLANDER ROOFING I was appalled. As is shown in the attached pictures, the metal wasn’t even properly lined up. I am not a roofer but it is obvious this is not correct. Because of my poor judgement I have now paid for two roofs, when all I really needed was one and a legitimate roofer. I should have given this review in summer of 2018, when this happened, but against my better judgement I didn’t. Please don’t let this happen to you.
