Interest rate was very attractive and I decided to do be aggressive with a 10 yr loan so this purchase yields my family a greater return on my investment.

My #1 recommended roofing company for people who like their roof to leak more AFTER the roofer comes than it did BEFORE. Also great for people who like to have their time wasted, be lied to consistently about appointment times, have the entire job shut down for three days because one guy got injured at another job (I would have thought a big corporation would have more than one roofer, but hey...), and definitely best for those who want to pay more than anybody else would charge. Oh, and let's not forget all the NAILS I pulled up from the driveway! They do have good financing terms though.
