Because we needed it completed quickly in order for our Solar Panels to be installed and Berry Roofing was quick. b.My husband asked a favor of one of the workers to fix the "flashing", this was not part of the job, we had some spare roofing tile on the side of the house and he fixed it, my husband was very grateful. c. The tile was a good match, considering our original roof was completed by another contractor years ago. d. Berry's roofing was ver accommodating for both us and our tenant. They worked around her schedule as well as our needs. There were prompt with getting back and even took pictures of the damage and their work when done. Everyone that we came into contact with was very professional and understanding. The job took about 6-7 hrs. to complete. One man was sent to do the repair. There hasn't been a heavy storm since, so I am not aware of how well the job was done and there were no photos taken of the completed job. For the reasons stated, I'm unable to comfortably provide a 5-star rating.
